Fred Faour has spent almost 20 years telling you what's important in Houston sports.

Fred is a 43-year-old U-of-H grad remains an avid poker player who reached the main event at the 2006 World Series of Poker and has won multiple tournaments.

He has covered events like the World Series, the Super Bowl, and his personal favorite, the Kentucky Derby.

Fred remains one of the country's foremost experts on horse-race handicapping.

Matt Dean

MATT DEAN

Professional poker-player Matt Dean is a native of The Woodlands.

Dean has played more than 100 major events around the world.

Matt burst into the world poker scene in 2004 with a 7th place finish at the prestigious World Series of Poker Main Event in Las Vegas.

Dean also cashed-in at the 2005 WSOP in a field of more than 5,600 players.
